Multi Head lamp

if they did i would have some like that too. as for shorter lamps from them it would be easy. question, would you leave them on the base or would you rather mount them on the wall? if i was growing in a box i would mount it to the wall, and in that case i would figure out how tall it need to be and cut the pipe off at that lenght. you can get emt or conduit hangers at any lowe's or home depot, to mount it with. to use the base you will have to go at it a different way. i myself don't like the base as it is a weak spot where it mounts. this time you will have to take it apart from the top and move everything down to the height you want. different ones come apart in different ways, so you would have to have it in hand to see how it comes apart, you might even be able to shorten it from the bottom. do you know anything about wiring?

I don't know much about wiring, but I can learn easily about some basic's on youtube for lighting and stuff. But I'm looking for a lamp to just sit on the floor and send light upward from underneath. I have a vanity bar above and I have 2 work lamps with Y splitters mounted on the back wall for a little side lighting. But I got room for more and I figured one of those lamps would be easy enough to throw in there.

ok i see what your doing now. i believe you could do that with that lamp, but you will have to rework it to suit your needs. go to your local lighting store and see what they have and how hard it will be to take apart. as for the wiring it is going to be the easiest thing to do, and the rest should be easy too. all the wiring is already made up but you will have to replace the male plug on the end, shorten the pole and you should be done.
