Long time reader of RIU - first time poster!
I've wanted to move out west for awhile and just got my house under contract to finally set up the move! I work from home as a trader in stock / equities / options, etc. That's definitely my passion in life - I also just turned 30 for what that's worth. Would love to be able to put a nice security deposit down and pay solid rent for a few months and feel out the area before I make an offer on a house to buy, etc... let me know if you know anyone who is in need of a roommate - I know from experience it's nice to have extra rent money to pay the bills!
I just want to introduce myself and hopefully one way or the other I meet some good people on this great site sooner than later!
