You're onto the idea. Instead, mount the blower where the filter is and vice verce. It's far more efficient to pull with that style ventilation. You don't need that 180* turn where the intake is either. Less bends=better airflow. You can use your main blower as ambient air for the cabinet as well, ditching the two fans on the back wall. Just have an opening at the bottom of the cab for passive intake.
 
ok thanks man i might just cut the one on top in the back
and this is my cab i have a shelf above the bottom of the cab
dems. are 68" x 26 1/2" x 14 3/4"
