Most leaves dead on plants!! Need some help!

ok so im pretty pissed right now.. started the other week when i notcied some powder mildew spots on some of my leaves.. sprayed with neem a couple days straight but nothing.. i guy on another forum who seemed like he knew what he was talking about told me a mix a should make to kill it.. said to mix halp cup bking soda, quart of water and some organic dish soap.. i even used way less baking soda.. went back tthe other day and sprayed all the plants.. it burnt the hell out of all the leaves on most of them.. the one is way worse then the other 2.. almost every leaf on the one is burned and crispy. the one is not horrible i should be able to save most of the leaves.. the last one is burnt but not to burnt.. sorry no pics btw.. i sprayed saturday i believe so i think they would have died by now but there all still alive.. im planning on going back tommorrow and trimming all the leaves that are dead off of the plants.. somes buds look burnt but for the most part there fine.. so heres my question.. will cutting all burnt leaves off affect it for the rest of its growing life? i was expecting big yeilds from these 3 but im thinking not so much now cuz they need theres leaves to produce buds.. how much will cutting leaves affect these plants.. i know im not gonna see crazy numbers from them but im hoping to atleast salvage them.. anyone got any insight??

I haven't seen them and have no way of knowing without looking. Most people will advise you to get a camera or at least a cell with a cam. You do realize that baking soda will raise the hell out of the PH and leave residue on the leaves right?

Do you have anyway of testing the PH? screw it, I'd start with some serious flushing, now and then come back later with updates.

They'll still grow, but will be stunted quite a bit. If any of those leaves look to have any life left in them, leave them alone, and don't cut them off. Wait til they're over 50% dead, or even more, because they're still helping the plant, as long as there's still life in them. When you cut them off, the plant will stall, until it has enough time to grow new fan leaves to replace the dead one. That'll take a week or two, and then should take off again. If the damage is too severe, you might see some mutations(weird looking growth), and possibly even hermies during flowering, so keep a close eye on 'em. They should still give you some good smoke, although not quite as much(as you already know). :)

well thats good to here atleast.. there all budding now will they still try to produce new fan leaves?

atleast i have 3 more.. still these ones were looking the best

^Ooops, I should've been paying better attention.lol No, they likely won't grow anymore fan leaves, not during flowering. But, as long as the smaller leaves in the buds look okay, they'll still fill out okay. I've had grows where I let them go N deficient waaaay too early, and every fan leaf fell off. They still produced quite well, with some good quality smoke.

just went back today and there surviving.. the one that i hardly sprayed was veryy wilted and looked like she was dieing.. i gave it some water so im hoping they perk up tommorrow.. sucks had no problems up to this point except the power mildew that started this

ya idk why but when i topped the top of my plant it started drooping then dyeing within 2 days and i thought its suppose to grow back better but now all leaves are dead and was hoping it might grow back?

What a shamozzle. Dont use neem for mold or any other bs magic soap potions, They were cooked in the sun with the oily coating(assuming they are outside). Suprised u got mold this time of year, are they in the shade? has it been very wet? Yes ,they will need leaves to produce decent buds.
