Yeah, I hear you guys.
But you're all getting off subject.
First of all, it's pretty sad that so many poeple had so much to say w/ authority too mind you, but they can't post a picture of a plant.
So, that outta tell you something.
Thank you to the guys that did. You show you're here for the right reason no matter what your opinion or beliefs. As far as the others, if they don't grow, then they troll growers to further complicate matters.
I guess we can give the 2 light owners a pass cuz they provide data.
But the rest should be growers that are trying to apply that data to their grows.
Question is, do they even have grows?
If they do not & do not plan to, then they shouldn't be here telling growers how to apply said data.
Sad thing is, if they left then this led section would only have 1/2 the poeple that are here.
Guess it's a catch 22. Simple solution though, if they don't grow, they shouldn't be here yelling poeple that what they say is a fact. Cuz they just cannot put their words into a real life situation.

I tried to tell you bud. I don't BS ever. You should see the HPS room before I retired it to go all led. About 8k worth of HPS n T-5. Now reduced to about 4K to get more yields even hopefully. We'll see.

Here's a pic of the last Cloak I grew w/. It's the 32" prototype I requested. As you can see, the newer one has 4 more vertical rails per blade making it more efficient even then the prototype I last grew w/.
They now make 32" blades providing more condensed lighting as we as overhead lights you'll see on a lil while called Horizons.
They were both made off my request & are now being manufactured/produced by the company.
I had also requested 27K blades instead of these 22-24K blades & they will be available within the next 6 months.
I'm real impressed with the owner Doug who intently listened to my suggestions & acted on it.
It's companies that listen to the growers like this that will make the best lights. And those who grow themselves which is few n far between.

Have you tried mosquito bits for the gnats? They contain a bacteria that is totally lethal to fungus gnat larvae but harmless to everything else. Totally organic, recently certified OMRI. Just sprinkle as a top dress or for a quicker effect, soak them in a gallon of water for 30 mins, then give each plant a dose. I'll snap a pic of my yellow indicator cards. Scary! (They are 95% gone now. I see a bug every once in awhile...)

That's the same thing I suggested to him. That n let those Potts dry between feeds.
I use Misquito bits at transplant cuz that's the only time my Potts are wet to long.
A fan gets rid of them too. Keep that air movin.

Mosquito bits worked for me. They won't kill the adults, but subsequent generations are toast.

By the way, the yellow plastic BASF indicator cards totally kick ass. Kind of expensive, but the 100-pack lasts a very long time.
They don't dry out like the cheap ones (which are also yellow).

One more thing: gnats do not like wind. If you've got lots of airflow, you won't catch as many gnats by hanging sticky cards as you will if you leave the wax paper on one side and lay them on the ground.
My 5x5 tent has intake and exhaust vents, but it also has fans around the perimeter for circulation (in all 4 corners). I caught WAY more bugs on the ground than I did in the hanging cards. It wasn't even close...
When they get clogged with bugs & debris, just peel the wax paper off the other side & flip em over.

That's how I got on point with mine. Took a couple of weeks before I did that instead of Spinosad, Neem, or Final Stop. The fan was effective, and near instantaneous.
