mosquito dunk

Starting to see a few of these bastards.
I have read people using Mosquito dunks to control and kill those fricken Gnats.
From what I have found. 1/4 dunk to 1 gallon of water.
Has anyone had any problems with using this product?
Don't want to kill my girls.

Do you recommend a complete soaking with the Mosquito dunk solution or just a topical wetting application?

yes , complete soil drench/soaking

i break one in half then break half of a half , and let that bubble in a gallon overnight
then i water
