Morning Glory tea

Guys, not sure if this is the right section to post.. but would need some help from you.

Just got this recently, I've done some reading on Morning glory.. but everywhere, only the seeds are mentioned.
This one actually looks like proper tea and smells very nice. So I guess it has the seeds inside already (if at all?) and can be brewed with hot water as usual ?

My apologies if I sound like a newbie - it's because I am, when it comes to anything else than tree ;)

What is that picture of? I have lots mg experience wanna help. There is a very small amount of LSA in the flowers and stems, but highest concentration in fresh seeds, which only form AFTER the flower has dried, died, and fallen off. I see some flowers in that pic, really not sure what it is. Looks like a morning glory full plant just soaked in water?

okey, thanks!
oh the 'glow' is just a plastic wrap. That's how I got it, labeled "morning glory tea".
I think I'll just try to brew in cold water then, and drink it.

Try it and tell us what happens. I would get enough water (with ice in it) to just barely cover all the plant matter. Put the plant matter in the ice water and put in your fridge. Check back no sooner than 3 hours (no more than 6) and you should have a yellow brown greenish colored water. Filter the plant matter and drink up!

I would say no more than 70, preferably as cold as you can get. The cold helps pull the actives out, the heat kills the actives.

I say brew no more than 6 hours cause after you reach that, you're still pulling actives, but much more of the nausea actives, and the psychoactives are almost all pulled out by then

Perfect. THanks guys. I'll try to follow the instruction... and then let you know.
The final solution (once the compounds are extracted) should be ok with warmer temperature as well, right ?

No. Keep it at refrigerator temperature. Around 50-60 ° if its gotta be warmer. As soon as you expose it to heat or light the LSA starts to degrade ( microscopic amounts) but you wanna keep it as low of a temp as possible while you take it. Don't boil or warm it up. You will still trip but not nearly as hard at all
