High Everybody,
Here is my 1st grow of 2014 that I have grown in coco + perlite mix.
Start : December 15th of 2013
End (cured) : February 25th of 2014
Strain :
Jock Horror (Home-Breeded) One of my friend's plants turned out to be an hermie so I told him to keep the seeds so I could give them another run.
First time I had grown this strain before but I was disappointed, large plants but the smoke had nothing special.

The second time was when I tried one of the hermied seeds alon with an Ice strain

Commercial Description :
Jock Horror Autoflowering is a three-way marijuana hybrid of Northern Light, Skunk and Haze. Jock produces so much resin that even its branches glisten with THC glands. This marijuana variety has a unique fresh flavour and packs a strong "up" buzz.)
Nutrients :
- RootBastic for root development until the biginning of the flowering phase.
- Bio Nova NFT : Originally made for NFT hysroponic systems, I wanted to give it a try in coco. I used it after the first 3 weeks for the vegetative growth until the beginning of the flowering phase and it worked great!
- Platinum Nutrients Organic Bloom : My favorite organic flowering nutrient.
- Canna 13/14 PK : Excellent booster as well.
- Lemon Juice : About 2.5 / 3ml per liter in order to keep the water in the 5.8/6 ph range.
- CO2 tabs : One tab in a small glass of water with a small fan on tab so the CO2 get into the air and under the leaves (or a better photosynthesis).
Grow Space, Medium, Lights:
My tiny closet (1.2meter / 47 inches in height and 50cm / 19 inches large) that I emptied in order to fit at least 4 pots. For this grow, I decided to start with 5 Liter pots for each female plant.
The medium in a mix of perlite and coco bought from my headshop.
I like to start my plants with CFLs first (85w 2700k and 65w 2700k) and then install the 250w HPS when the flowering will get serious. This will be my first time using the HPS in this small space.
Timer set on 18 hours of light / 6 hours of dark.
The fan aims directly at the light for a better temperature.
