moldy meds from Tilray

I can almost promise that we have all smoked some mold spores from time to time..you really can't see it in some cases. However this is still highly unacceptable. One of the biggest supporting arguments for the MMPR is the quality control aspect..the weed will be clean and contaminant free they said.....
For many many years we've tried to smoke the best.
Mold is easy to see if you look. A scope helps.
But you can see right away, after dealing with peoples poorly grown shwag for years...what it looks like, with out a scope. ;)
If I smoked mold ...it was someone else's. Definitely not grown by anyone I know.
But ya.. Im sure people smoke mold every day. Im just not one who likes it very much myself or would I chance buying it from an LP who cant stop it from growing. Proof is in the pictures!. Nothing against you nsbudca

 Same thing I tried to point out to Johnny. He had some on his but he couldn't see it.
Doesn't get any more obvious than that.
Have a look Johnny. See that white fuzz. They are not crystals.

TILRAY PRODUCES MOLD FOR MEDICATION. !!! They can kill you with it too.!
Awesome stuff Tilray, you should be taken to court for trying to poison patients!!!
On what pic did you see the mold? I asked you before but never replied... I know what mold looks like and powder mildew...I've had problems with it before while curing my home grown. But I never noticed any on any mmpr weed I've gotten

wow
that's horrible.. can't say shocking though.

i'm anxious to hear what they have to say (you showed them right?)
messed up. mold for med's
hate seeing it. but partially am happy to, if you know what i mean
...sooner we show they are all farces, the sooner we can grow our own -up to our own standards (which is evidently much higher than these LP's)

Most of us smoked mould or consumed it from farm vegetables/fruits BUT we know this and we accept it as in those situations the product is not stated as being "medical grade" which need to follow certain pathogen guidelines before its allowed to be sold.

maybe they save the primo to be sent as the sample for testing and ship the garbage hoping patients wont notice. i smell a potential recall. this whole testing system is BS there are so many ways to play with it

They test it before they pack it. Once they're packaged they stay packaged until they ship.
These are probably pre-packaged in the presence of the QA person and then some minimum wage person whips them off the shelf and into an envelope based on each order.

IMHO, product should be packaged to ship on a per-order basis - this would increase the quality control of each on it's own.
That said, Jonny's product was packaged that way and some minimum wage schmuck there gave him crap too.

Hire the right growers, hire the right QA person and hire the right people at every other stage where product is being handled.
Put the minimum wage people on the phones and on night security.

This whole system is gonna fail....bye bye LP's. The price of ensuring "perfect" meds is gonna sink them. No patient will be able to afford them either. If you got 15 per g to spend you may find some that is perfect.

Tilray says they have people working the phones 24/7 but I called today to let them know and no one answered and emailed them and no response yet. If this doesn't warrant a quick response I don't know what would.
Forget them, call HC. Thats the only way you will get results. Do you feel comfortable purchasing anything from them anymore? personally, i dont get shit on twice.

get their attention by posting online and making media noise, then theyll jump to contact u and do damage control lol

p.s eww mold. there is no such thing as moldy meds. it ceases to be medicine when it starts growing mold

Right now I have the moldy buds quarantined from the rest. Curious to see if it grows in the so far unaffected stuff. Still not going to smoke it just wanna see if the whole bag has spores throughout or just some that made their way onto those fuzzy buds.

Dawg I'm not saying it's cool to smoke mold. I'm also pretty appalled by that moldy Tilray weed . Even with a 420 scope you can't see mold SPORES. At least I don't think so. As previously stated..it's a plant. There's always going to be a certain amount of undesirables. That's all.

Why are you still ordering from Tilray when several weeks ago you starred a thread called "Fuck Tilray"? You've bruned through, what, 3 LP's now? You seem to have the worst luck of any MMPR patient ever.

Once bud is dried properly, its dried, its not going to grow mold. Obviously they have no clue how to properly dry bud and store it. That's what happens when you have a bunch of suits trying to grow bud that have never probably even smoked it before. Then they outsource all the growing to "horticulturist's" with their fancy degrees that have never grown weed before..lol..epic fail!

Any chance a patient with a good lawyer could sue for getting medicine that poses a serious risk to some people? No different than tainted Tylonol, really.
There's always a chance. This is why the testing procedures, etc are all so thorough - pharmaceuticals have to be "perfect". I can't imagine anyone would help defend Tilray, but they also have a large wealth they could spend on lawyers.

I think we're better off if HC makes them recall and double check every pre-package they have instead.
