Describe your problem in as few words as possible so you make it as long and difficult for one of us to help you as possible...WOW good job! Its like I got to post first and then you posted!
First off how far along is it? Do you see it on just one or two buds? IF so cut off everything with mold on plus an additional inch or two of the healthy part of the branch or plant. If it is further along you will need to either vaporize some sulfur (look up hotbox sulfume) or obtain some sort of spray from your local grow shop.
The most common cause of bud rot is a grow room that can't maintain proper conditions. Too high humidity, too cool of temperatures, too little circulation or poor cultural practices (cleanliness) GL

P.S. Yes it will spread, and fast.

ok you idiot heres a COMMON sense example
I have a 2x3x7 ft room. I have a 1000w HPS light in it. Three fans circulate the air within. I also inject CO2 on an hourly basis. Temperatures remain at a rock solid 78 degrees during the day, although I am able to control them to the tenth of a degree and adjust them to any temperature that I want. Humidity stays at 40%. Grow bags are elevated off of the cold floor to prevent problems with poor root temperature. I run lights for 13 hours a day, to give that extra hour of energy to max bloom size.
Someone could look at this block of information and have almost all the info they need to tell me what I need to change or where my problem might reside. For your exact situation it would be best to take pictures of the mildew on your plants so an INTELLIGENT person might advise as to how far along your problem is.
I think thats a little more straight forward asshole.
Anyways good luck.

Your problem (I think) is entirely because of your night time temps. Assuming you have an average humidity level during the day (40-55%) as your temperature falls your humidity is rapidly rising. 20% humidity at 30 Degrees Celsius = 60% at 10C And you can find mold in cool damp conditions just as sure as you can find a girl on my johnson. If you can afford it get a sulfer vaporizer, it'll take care of the mold, and then put a heater on low in your room at night. I would not advise just correcting the temperature problem, you need to correct it AND 'smoke out' any spores that are already there. I didn't mean to get short with you before. GL

look for a fungicyde called Serenade..i was able to find it at orchard supply hardware...spray that and boost up your ciculation...before you spray youll want to get some scissors and iso alchohl to cut away all ionfected areas...the iso is to clean your cutting utensil after EACH cut...cut about a inch down from the infected area...put all the infected plant matter in a plastic bag and be careful not to shake it around to much as you remove it...

Well if I am the asshole I apologize but I kept spending time trying to give a good honest helpful answer and I felt like you were trying to be difficult as far as not answering any of my questions, but instead just giving me more questions. Too many people on here try to get answers without giving any pertinent info. If I wanted to be an asshole, I would not have just spent twenty minutes trying to explain what I would do and why. I hope we are cool.

ok a couple more questions.. can i spray the fungicide directly on the bud? the buds are like 9-10 weeks. there's a lot of infection... i accidentally shook some mold onto another plant which i blew down to the soil(i think). should i be worried? is there any prevention(incase i accidentally infected other plants), maybe spraying fungicide on adjacent plants, to prevent spreading?

You dont have to help, so it doesn't give you the right to act like an asshole when you do help. If you didnt think he was giving you enough info you dont get pissed off and tell him off. Just dont respond.

Its not like he contacted You and asked you for your help, You were the one who came to his thread.

You may not want to hear this, but if I was you I would remove any infected plants and get them away from the good plants. Make a judement call on whether they will be salvageable or not. Sometimes it sucks chopping moldy plants, but sometimes its for the benefit of the other plants.

Now if you Do decide to try and salvage them do what NF said. Just be careful, be clean, clean your tools constantly, and change your clothing before going back to the healthy plants.

look for a fungicyde called Serenade..i was able to find it at orchard supply hardware...spray that and boost up your ciculation...before you spray youll want to get some scissors and iso alchohl to cut away all ionfected areas...the iso is to clean your cutting utensil after EACH cut...cut about a inch down from the infected area...put all the infected plant matter in a plastic bag and be careful not to shake it around to much as you remove it...

Increase airflow big time!! Get some oscillating fans blowing around the plants, it will prevent the mildew spores from settling and reproducing.

Also, if you can, Invest in a dehumidifier, it will help a LOT.

Low temps may actually be saving your ass more then you think!! Now Im not saying low temps are good, But low temps will slow the growth of mold and mildew, and even insects.

I would get a dehumidifier, or at the very least a cheap forced air heater (like $25) because those heaters will lower your humidity at night.

Good luck bro.
