Mold? Treatment? HELPPPPPPPPPPPP

Help i found this today on 3 of 6 plants that are 32 days into flower...

im dealing with ph issues and crap this is my first indoor grow.

Temps range from 72-83F
Humidity is abour 45%

neems and sulfur

i neems every 7 days and sulfur burn until its gone or stop 2 weeks befor harvest.

i use an old foreman grill and 5 dollar timer burn for 45 mins with lights off about 6 hrs b4 they come on

neems i spray heavy evey 7 days 3 hrs before lighs on stop 7 days before chop

best advice i can give

would something like this do in combo with the neem?

im not about to get a sulfur burner.
i've had so many problem with this grow im getting very fed up with the total bill so far...
