looks like mould. Look on the underside of the leaves and see if you see little white or black bugs on it. Either way you look at it, its not looking good. Try and pull it off and rinse it with water and let it dry out. Put a fan near the plant, but not directly on it. check it every day to make sure more doesn't pop up. You can smoke it, but its not that healthy, obviously. But rinsing it and redrying it should help it alittle.

20141022_232512.jpg could it be these little caterpillars? i have pulled a few off the buds... really want to make sure it isnt mold! saw what looked like shit droppings inside the "web"!! Pretty sure a few have bud rot also

Yep very possible. Looks like they might have made a cacoon. When that happens, it suffocates the buds with moisture and it creates moulds. Have they been eating at the leaves as well or just nesting in there?

Think there nesting and eating.. these were grown outdoors and brought inside due to neighbors and theft possibility. so im trying to get what i can. triches are starting to change, maybe 10- 90 but i cant afford to lose it all together hopefully! just dont want to smoke mold!! there still in dirt but situation seems to be spreading..... Any suggestions ? Cut trim and stick in oven to try to kill mold spores or even spray with isopryl alcahol? they look like fine web hairs under my scope looking at triches.see no spiders as of yet

That's a bad case of mold. Try removing anything with mold, and don't jar up the big buds with the smaller ones after trimming. Allow to dry proper after harvest or the mold will only get worse after starting your cure. Take a larger bud with no "webbing" on it and open it up to check for white/brown/black stuff. Mold usually starts in the colas first.

I would also try find a fungicide to spray on the infected buds (never done it before.) and increase the air circulation.

My 2 cents.

Shit happens. Don't get demotivated.

Good Luck

This is a good product for mold if caught early Seranad Garden disease control. It's organic and is listed as beng safe to use the same day as harvest.

Gotta always plan ahead and think if ppl will take your plants. Bringing them from outside to inside isn't always the best idea. Usually the other way around. (inside to outside) Just try and pick the webbing off as best as you can and get that stuff dried out. You are going to have to be the one to decide if you wanna smoke it when its all said and done. Try some of these peoples advice. Cant hurt any worse than you have it now. DO NOT put it in the oven!! THC evaporates or just burns up and its completely worthless. Good air and check daily. That stuff spreads like wild fires if not watched and handled accordingly.

Damn...all that hard work to only be defeated by mold. I feel your pain homie, I've been there myself. Mold, mites, Hermie's, wind burn, droopy leaves, eagles claw, etc.

Them are bud worms and there the bane of growing outdoors. They go deep in the bud to feed and they poop in there causing mold. There are a couple organic products you can spray for catapillars. I always check my plants for signs of the cacoon ( usually on the underside of leaves). If the casing is empty I check the surrounding buds till i find the bastard and use tweezers to pull him out.
