mold on fan leaves

Have some plants that on sunday will be 50 days of flowering i just noticed some mold on some of the fan leaves shouldi just cut them now???the strains are blue dream and cheese haze...any info thanks

I would ,mold will spread.

cut it off and make hash out of it.

is it mold or powdery mildew? if mold your screwed, if PM then just remove the infected leafs and keepa close eye on it

If you have mold on the plants, don't smoke it - very, very bad for your health! If it is mold, yeah - I would chop now.

high ph'd water right before bedtime will surpress it



itll spread be carefull and remove as much leaf matter as possible without doing damage to your plant

thanks for the info but i think i'm going to pull them on sunday thats 50 days flowering.I think what happened was a friend of mine was moving and he had 6 clones vegging and i let him keep them here for a week or so i think his shit brought something in because i have been growing for a while now and never had bugs, mold or any problems but i keep it really clean.

you can spray with a h202 solution. i had it to. i ended up pulling about 6 out. it just gets worse. its like an std. you dont see it but its there. you cant get rid of it just try to control it.

sounds like you have had a high r/h problem. a sulphur burner can be a real help with pm, but i wonder at this stage...

imho you are way past the point to do a sulfer burn. i highly recomend you dont!

Well After reading eveyones problems I could find online about this problem Powdery Mildew, Powdery mold, I believe I found the cure for it.. Very cheap and simple and most of all Safe.. FDA approved, and they use it on plants as well as all wine is made with it. It is "Potassium Bicarbonate", you mix up 1 oz. of it with 1 and 1/2 cup milk to a Gallon of water... Spray on your plants or dip them in it. It kills the living fungus and the potassium bicarbonate creates an alkaline environment that hinders germination of spores... so not only is it dead, but it aint commin back.. But believe it all came from poor Venilation. anyway, I changed up my Venilation and sprayed them down.. and POOF , Its gone.... You can find it on ebay for about 3 bucks for a 5 oz. bottle.. shipping was about 5 bucks though, lol..
