hey whats up..having a problem first time,want to ask you.usually smoke my crop after a few curing session.this time i had to wait them that long.5 months ago put around 200 gr weed on to jars and hide them under the sofa left them there.now told my friend to get them out and bring to me.but he showed me that some buds got mould.i wonder if mould killed potency? or it will be only dangerous for lungs with no potency loss?will probably smoke them.these are only weed i can have for a while.or any chance to get rid of this shit at that stage?

yeah read some about it smoking not sounds the best idea.but wasting all my summer effort and money killing my happiness.for that mould shit getting me sick.pretty sure taste is fucked up.hoping for no potency loss.will try all..water cure than try to make some hash or directly will smoke them.thanks for the suggestions.

Lesson learned. Don't hide weedin the sofa. Lol no just gotta remove all moisture before putting in glass. and try canning jars for long term storage.
I don't know about even making hash with moldy buds.

I got mold in one of my grows. D'oh! I was hours with a black light and tweezers picking out all the mold from the buds, and once done with that, I'd look at them again and the mold just kept coming back. It smelled like a stale gym sock and smoked about the same. I tired cooking it, freezing it and making hash from it. And still it was like sucking on a homeless person's jockstrap. Only worse because it was months of hard work fuckled!
I understand the ONLY way to deal with moldy dope is to make shatter out of it. And I don't care to burn down my neighborhood. I threw the stuff into a burn pile and had a good laugh as the neighbors looked around for the source of the smell.

You can make water hash with it, but smoke it at your own risk!
