Mold? Just dug up my killa it smells like shet!

MY EXTRA NORTHERN LIGHT WAS PUT IN A SO CALLED WATER PROOF JAR AND BURRIED FOR 2 MONTHS AFTER I PROPERLY CURED IT FOR 6WEEKS. NOW MY SWEET SMELLING WEED SMELLS LIKE SHET!!!!OBVIOUSLY THE JAR WAS NOT WATERPROOF BECAUSE IT WAS DRY AND GREAT SMELLING BEFORE I BURRIED IT. NOW ITS WET AND STINKY. SHOULD IT BE THROWN AWAY OR CAN IT BE SAVED? IS IT SAFE TO SMOKE ONCE DRIED?

Dry it and cure it again without burying it.

its fine to smoke, you'll kill them mold with the flame.

No dude if its for sure moldy, you cant/shouldn't smoke that shit. It'll make you way sick. Why'd you bury it?

i burried it for security. Yeah ima throw the shit away or maybe make hash its not worth destroying my lungs or getting me sick. 4 oz wasted damn! Thanks for the info b your answer sounds more reasonable than just drying and smoking shit

Dude... My ole man is a doctor and I have had an aweful resiratory infection due to smoking moldy weed.
I had to lsten to the whole lecture on the specific scienfic reasons smoking moldy weed can kill you are at least make you sick as a dog. Enough to get you high may be enough to hurt you.

jase there is no mold on the buds! I have smoked moldy weed years ago and had zero problems. But that's besides the point because there is no mold on the nugs!!!

Just because you cant see it doesnt mean its not there. A microscope is the only way to truely tell if there is mold on it.

BETTER to be safe than sorry....... mold will hurt your lungs at least. Mold is green if it just started you might not be able to see it. I would say trash it sorry bout the bad luck.
and remember next time DONT PUT IT SOMEWHERE YOU CANT CHECK ON IT. Thats like the one thing every site every curing place tells you about you gotta check it and make sure that it airs out so it doesn't get moldy not checking it for 6 weeks and opening up is senseless... just think if you put food in the fridge for 6 weeks and open it up you would have moldy shit in there.... better luck next time ..

is the mold always green? I've seen some in unfamiliar white shit on a bud, it didn't taste so great either, I tossed that sack and didn't go through that connect again.

yeah that shit is trashed today. Not worth it at all. i almost listened to a couple of people here and was going to dry and smoke it. Thanks for the heads up, your answer sounds more reasonable.

you can at least make some iso hash, and have some clean smoke...
