I'm building one now cause alot of kits come with 6 foot spacing for the rafters. I need four foot here for the high winds. Those kits cost a pretty penny. So building it myself for the low low.

Edit.. also using 16 gauge, 1 5/8" diameter galvanized poles. With end walls and roll up sides cost me a lil over 2500 in material. I just need a cover and to build it. That's for a 30x40
