And suddenly when I post about it, it shows up and I look like I'm on drugs....yeah I know!

Any way, I thought you had to sign in and sign out. They kind just waltzed right out that side door showing off their condensers. I find it so interesting that they are not licenced yet they are going to be doubling up on the grow space by creating 2 levels. Crazy amounts of money going south....bravo...I'm positive they couldn't have found a comparable system in Canada...just sayin'.

well did they loose the loi?
weedmd.com shows all big $$ people, and no sign of a master grower.
also this site is not even close to being finished and theres no rules to who can come or go, yet.
they don't need security to work inside the site with NO product on site....
25k sqft to start and 20k sqft additional buildings, up to 100k sqft

It looked like every other door had some kind of security associated with it, I was just trying to point out that a person could come and go from that door unchecked.

WeedMD does not currently have an LOI as far as I know.
They had one once upon a time.

They're unlicensed either way and definitely have huge expense into the place.

The staircase they walk by when they walk in to the "vault area" is the staircase that goes to their boardroom.
Those of you who know how the regulations work will understand how that's an issue.

Ummmm....they're a xxxxxxx xxxx!
Nothing impressive, other than how to waste a million dollars.
Consistent, high yield, quality crops that past testing is the only thing that would impress me. Everything else is bells and whistles.

It's going to be such a pain in the ass when they go "Phase 2".
They want to install a second floor across their mothering room. In order to do that, they'll have to vacate the entire room, which is a significant portion of their grow and a very important room..

I'm curious as to how they intend to do this.. assuming they ever get a license.
I'm doubtful. Also, this place is nowhere near ready considering they intended to be inspection-ready in February.

New != newest.

There's no one newer. Still.
Welcome to the issue.
They are not the newest. They announced their approval before April 1 even (https://twitter.com/adam_greenblatt/status/451050732394127360), and there have been about 5-7 since then, including one two weeks ago. Irregardless, your 'new != newest' comment doesn't even make sense. I wonder if you realize that?

Welcome to the issue. There are approximately 25 approved LP.s

I disagree with these numbers at this point.
Even if there were 100 LOIs, I can't imagine they all still remain.

imo there not approved or LP until they start selling and are listed on the HC site and even then they can be denied or lic pulled or on the back burners,
perfection........
