It's called a free market, only the strongest will survive. My goal is to under cut and have superior meds compared to the big monstrosities. The ones with the best meds and affordable prices will be the survivors.

Itsme.
Saying you're gonna udercut and be the best while not having an established/running business is one thing its another once you're actually in business. Now I do think having an LP that charges straight $4 per gram would be a good thing vs the retarded non compassionate pricing atm but being cheap is a double edge sword. You have no idea what could happen if it becomes legalized. There's no guarantee that you could be one of the legal suppliers for legal weed, yes you would have a head start but no one knows what the selection process will be.

Hi,

Another wanna be here
Awesome forum and people
Small Facilty under 3000sq ft Eastern Ont, own it.
Actually not a bad setup, cement floors , drains, well, security system, mostly cement walls, thick cement for vault, not a new place, own hydro pole , three phase,Moe waste license, giant holding tank and septic system.
Recent survey done,ESA inspections, etc…..still a ways to go
Finding QA and added start up hard if one does not spend a pile or be a phd[shoulda paid lab for QA report, SOP …gaaaaah]
I can interpret micrograms per kg of body weight and colonies of bacteria per blah blah but i have no real training for it.
yes just got the same.."send back in two weeks or close file" letter after being ignored for four months
Almost to the point that i may just give up after going so far and attempt to sell place, but did send the aerial photos and rest of requests in.
Have a lot of attributes to our building, put a lot of work in it but its lonely and stressful doing by yourself, i am experienced, but thats not necessarily a plus.
Possibly should have not done anything except on paper but went ahead anyway….wanted to save my genetics.
Also am an MMAR ppl always stayed under limits etc..app in since late August
very good people here in this forum…been lurking for years.
Hi There,

They can get anyone licensed.. there's so many consultants (including some on this site) that have promised the moon, but it doesn't do shit.
There's a whole process that's official and then there's the unofficial process of making you wait, answer stupid questions, delay inevitably, etc.

There's no surefire way to get a license, as can be seen by any of the guys with a full facility built out for over 12 months or the guys that got a Ready to Build letter and then have been waiting 12 months to be allowed to grow.

Too many stupid business folks with too much money to burn.
I knew the LP game was doomed before it started.
If it isn't legalized they are toast.
Greed got to their common sense if they had nay to start with.
So if an old dumb Hippy knew...what's with them grads.....greed maybe....lol...lol...lol
I would never have jumped into this sea of non buyers until we went legal.

I'm flip-flopping on this one. The numbers say that with less than 40 producers they can all make millions without legalization.
Once we cross 40 or we get Tweed and Tilray owning 5+ facilities then it becomes a Wal-Mart vs local retailer situation and somebody has to lose.

As it stands now, almost every single LP is selling out of supply (yes, some of it never gets sold).
The financials on selling this stuff at $7 a gram is millions in profits on a small facility.

Yes I agree on the big Walmart idea of your message. But then again the little guy in a grow situation can under cut them by virtue of less cost to account for.
I'd say if it were legal there would be a lot of room for little guys...until TOO many little guys got into it...then ...kaboom

If it were legal I'd say you'd easily see 3-4 dollar grams at retail in a mirco seller type climate.
Plus what MJ lover doesn't like variety.

If it were legal i could make a steady living selling for 2$ a gram for indoor.

A 1000w+inline+oscilating only costs 30-40$ a month...witch can get faily 1.25lbs/560g

Making 1,120$ on 40$ in hydro+nutes and time is more then fair.
