For all the folks who didn't renew.

I keep reading here how Manson fucked everyone with the injunction. What he is saying is if you're license is valid now(Mar 21 2014) you are good to go, if you let it lapse you are now in the new system(MMPR). What he is saying is if it lapsed maybe you didn't need in the first place. If you kept it up to date all is good.

If you need it as medicine, RENEW. Why would you let it lapse? As of April 1 2014, you will still need a piece of paper to allow you continue to use mj legally. I can't understand why anyone would think he would back date the license's. As for address changes, I get it, I can almost bet if you change locations you will be ok but don't go on my say so.

He kept the status quo as of the injunction date.

It was the reason he chose that date to cut people off...that was the fuck up. He purposely chose that date to give the MMPR a fighting chance. His position as judge does not obligate him to ensure that big businesses get up and running....he fucked people royally, and that is outside the scope of his job. Having said that, I don't understand why anyone let their pink slip(s) expire.

it was mainly for dg and ppl. they had to sign off saying they shut down on april 14 and got ride of the meds, if you filed that form id say your fucked, any atp would have had to switch or renew like normal.
the grow shows are what has fucked this all up. like the guys who have paid off 400k houses in van from side deals and screwing the patients.

Why is it that you can't accept that it wasn't itsmehigh selling to the bm? As I understand him, it was his patients. He was just the guy growing for his patients. The blame needs to be laid in the right place gmack...remember buddy in Vancouver not so long ago, whole house just for plants for his bum knee...pffft...give me a fucking break....I just don't get why he's dirty as fuck but his patients aren't...

If he sold it personally to the bm or not doesn't matter. He grew as much weed as his "patients" I use that term loosely could sell. They all had ludicrously huge scripts to begin with any he admitted provided them with many times what they were allowed to have every month as they wanted. Then he has the nerve to post on riu and brag about his crimes? Fucking dirty criminal is all that comes to mind. Whatfg if the "patients" he grew for were on riu bragging of their exploits like highitsme I'd take a shit on them in a second and you know it. He gets no passes by playing the ignorant card. He's just as guilty as the dealers. He was/is part of a criminal conspiracy like many were/are. Be smart don't brag about your crimes to the group of people who got fucked by your greed.

I do see your point, I just don't agree with it. HC gave those plant counts out and maybe they should have put a little more thought into how big weeds can grow. They didn't. @itsmehigh please correct me if I'm wrong, but did you not grow within or to your plant limit? Another thing I'm learning here is there are primarily two kinds of growers - those who grow to make money and those who grow because they love the plant. And I'm pretty sure we've run off just about all of the former...

Growing several times the parients monthly script using the amount of plants hc said you could is no excuse for you do it. In fact he did it without growing the max plants he could. Any talk on riu involving Canadian medical marijuana being diverted to the bm I'll be there to mention highitsme.

Say they are on disability and struggle to make ends meet...say they off a half pound a month to help pay their bills...are they dirty assholes too?

Well what they are doing isn't right. Your plants are there to supply you with affordable meds not augment your income. I do feel sympathy for people in the situation you describe. And understand the tough choice to break the law to survive. Growing 75lbs+ a month for 4 patients who are only allowed to have a small fraction of that is a totaly differnt situation I'm sure you'd agree.. Or not. But if you're stupid enough to go online and brag to the group of people your actions directly fucked over your name deserves to be brought up everytime the topic of diversion comes up. Highitsme is dirty as fuck and major medical marijuana diverter to the bm by his own admissions. If you're going to be part of a major criminal conspiracy logic dictates you don't go spilling the beans to everyone who will listen or read your post. Oh and the fact he's now consulting for perspective lp's is just the cherry on top. Fuck over sick people by abusing the system then fuck them over again when a new system restricting their access to meds comes into effect by helping the greedy pirates who now hold a monopoly on mmj production.

i know a grower from this forum who never sent what he was supposed to...took WAY too long to get meds to his patient and then it was complete crap! to me, that DG is "dirty as F*CK" when you screw your patients over like that, that is just plain wrong.
itsmehigh might have overgrown or made it easy for his patients to make $$ but at least his patients got meds.
empty promises are worth exactly that..emptiness. a patient then has to buy the meds.
i know 2 crooked DG's i met on this forum and if they speak up to grow for anyone, i will be standing up for those people so they don't get taken!
i do check on them to see if they pop up. i think i will see them when we are allowed to make changes because they both will be looking for new patients to scam. i heard of a 3rd who's pretty bad as well

Well if everyone who had ppl or had a dg played by the rules we wouldn't be in the situation we are in now and everyone would still be allowed to grow. I'm not going to sit here and make excuses for anyone who contributed to the fall of the mmar just because some dg's didn't deliver at all. 2 separate issues really. I can't afford the meds I need. I don't get the anger at so called mmar 'criminals'. The criminals are those who would put a guy in prison for growing a plant. There was no black market weed shortage or any lack of gardeners before legal medicinal and the mmar...it simply provided another tool. Make no mistake, the cancelling of the mmar had zero to do with diversion, and everything to do with corporate pressure and money. If every mmar grower had been operating completely within the law and there were no complaints, we would have seen the same thing. I guess what I'm saying is I don't share your blame of 'mmar criminals' because I don't believe growing a plant should be criminalized and the mmpr was a result of governments and business watching the money being collected south of the border and trying to get the biggest slice. If a guy has the means, I fully support anyone, mmar or not, growing as much as they can for the BM. It's good for the growers, keeps prices down for the consumer and floods the market to show Harptler his laws aren't working. The taxpayer is tired of prosecuting people for growing plants...somethings gotta give soon......

I'm not suggesting anyone be prosecuted for growing mj. I'm pissed off that people abused the medical system that was in place giving Harper the ammo he needed to fuck sick people over. I've said it many times if you're growing for the bm don't hide behind a ppl. Simple if you do that then you're hurting sick people. Not a hard concept to understand at all. We would not be here today if everyone played by the rules. That's where we disagree. Mmar criminals is a fitting term IMO as they robbed me of my rights to grow.

We'll have to disagree...Harper and his cronies robbed you of your right to grow. Profit over people is all the CONs know. Like I said, and it's just my opinion, I firmly believe the mmpr was coming in as a payback to corporate supporters regardless of the actions of mmar growers. Blaming the growers is what HC did...and they couldn't provide a legitimate argument or evidence to support it in court, which is why we won the injunction and we will win the next round and the round after that. While the situation is frustrating, blaming fellow growers, regardless of whether you like how they operate, is counter productive. Lets keep the blame and anger directed where it needs to be.... . well I say that hc did this by not thinking. I was offered a lot of 300+plant count grows and denied it cause I got half? lol they didn't pay. wtf is that lol \
so I kept it smaller and did it for the patients, I got free smoke, got to breed, grow in my home, and gave them theres for 3/g I technically lost from hydro bills but I was legal and lived right behind 2 cops and nothing ever happened if they even knew.
both my patients went threw several shitty growers who sent them trim instead of buds or crap weed or moldy ect. no issues with my organic. imo to be a dg you need to prove you can grow. period. the system is what it is. cmon adresss change

Yep. Bunch of profiteers selling on the side, and now hiding behind 'medical'. Where the fuck where they when people needed their medicine? Oh, right, telling their 'patients' they had to 'throw a crop away' as they sold it under their nose. Profiteering isn't just for the MMPR. Fuck all these for profit mmar growers. They played right into Harpo's hands.
