My first sitting was 3 separate pieces which ended up part of a full sleeve on 1 side :), Yeah they are addictive
I have 80% of a 1/2 sleeve done, a shoulder piece and a 1/2 leg-Knee down and full color (just finished that the other week- over15 hrs just on that..its a Dr Who piece)

Waiting for some cash (i earn my money in spring and autumn) to do some more on my 1/2 sleeve...and maybe something else..lol

I have a full color sleeve wrist to wrap around shoulder on right side and a half black sleeve on my right leg knee past ankle, left arm has a couple black pieces then I have some chinese lettering on left leg, & across my shoulder blades/back I have KaRMA written in bamboo lettering in black.
Some friends of mine own and run Saigon Ink. They do so much work they are basically all experts at their craft. And its not so expensive here

Its become very expensive to get tough stickers thats for sure. Like you i know my tattooist (tis his shop) and see him socially every week so he does look after me with pricing and some free time.

Its getting rare to see Australians in their 20s without any ink these days. I saw an article some months back saying Australia per head of population is the most tattooed western culture on earth. (not sure if its true or not). Goes to show its come along way from sailors or bikies only and just a handful of flash to choose from in any given shop.

Photon Blaster is definitely set to be my best yielded this year. The Sour D is looking pretty whimpy as is the Gorilla Glue although the GG is super frosty. The Cookies looks like she will be nice quality but not a huge yielded either. Besides my Photon Blaster cross the other big girl this year is the Grand Master Kush. Super frosty and buds hanging everywhere.

At this point I really can't wait to harvest and get started on next season. It will be fun to apply all the things I've learned this year in school when prepping for next season's grow.

Really jealous of the soil sciences class we aren't offered that here just horticulture, always cool to apply what you learn to something you love to do

I think in a lot of ways we growers could teach a lot to the soil science professor, we are so far ahead of the game with organics fertilizers and microbes. Weed growers basically push all the science forward and he admits that all the time in class. It's cool. But I like learning the history of soils and some of the things we don't learn in weed forums. It's more about native soil than building soil which is where we excel.

Learning the soil testing and a few things has been helpful. This is a jar of my native soil. Heavy in sand and silt with just a small thin layer of clay then organic matter on top. It came out low N but high phosphorus. This is why I pump tons of organic matter into the raised beds. Hardly any in the native soil. But lots of mineral content. So it's still valuable to mix in.
