Mixing Fertilizer

I boil my water, then store it in a empty water jug(milk jug) for about 3 days.

Then I mix my nutrients and immeadiatly feed.

Is it okay to mix my nutrients in the jug and leave them in the jug with the cap on for a few days?

I'm one of those type A people who like to have everything prepared in advance....

Thanks for all answers.

With the lid on sounds alright..if your using liquid ferts they come in a bottle with a screw on lid so I guess it should be alright...for three days you say???..I think it would be fine

Sure, I keep 5 gallon buckets of nutrient soup sitting around for days. Just stir before use. If you use some organic stuff, you should agitate for the health of the organisms.

hmmm.. good question...

I would guess that every bottled water has a different pH. We have a sizeable representation from the GEEK SQUAD.. they will probably be able to answer that....
