and that is why i blanch my veggies, and eat em with a small amount of kosher sat(less sodium more sodium flavor) and pepper. sightly heated but the structures of the veggies cells are not destroyed releasing most of the nutritious parts into your water that you throw out, how do you think soups are so nutritious its called the holy trinity(i use leeks), when you blanch ,your just saturating

I do make a bad ass italian sausage using my own authentic from scratch spice blend and lima beans.

There are only three types of pizza crust: the ones in frozen, New York and Chicago.

Pizza Hut is kind of unique with the kind found in frozen but baked in a deep dish with tons of oil so the crust almost floats.

Deep dish is just that, in a cooked in a deep pan rather than pizza stone.

All three types can be made deep dish or on a stone. I used to make pizzas for a mom and pop hole in the wall pizzeria before I was vegetarian even.

Italian sausage is all about the correct spices. I don't care how holy your pig is
