Misting your girls

Hi i am kind of new to growing more new to flowering then growing i guess but i misted my plants everyday with day old tap water [ ph and nutes all that doesnt matter for the question] but now i am in flower about 2 maybe 3 weeks in and i have some nice buds forming and lots of hairs should i stop misting her to prevent bud mold or should i continue to keep her cool and stomas open as i have been doing?
It doesnt get too hot and i have a fabnits a nice temp for a plant but she seems to like the misting.

Do not mist during flowering to avoid bud rot.

Thank yoy i will stop immediately, and only mist my vegging girls thank you yeah shes just starting to show buds its hitting the first set of hairs turning orange they are still small so i expect this to happen 2 or 3 more times its still like 80% white. And just starting to show on the smaller tops. Im so excites this is the first flowering ive done ive gotten up to the last couple weeks of veg 1 once before but i didnt get this far before so i expect to get all the way to harvest thanks for the help. Im not to worried about yeild this time my next grow is all about yeild this one is just getting it to a smokable state lol but she does have 3 nice colas and a few secondary colas and a couple of littlw growth tips.

Now ive heard people say pinch your tips and buds what do they mean ive fimed/lst during veg to get a number of colas but then during floweering i take the ties off and never fim again but what does pinching buds do and what are they doing are they crushing them or removing? And why?
