Misting Plants

I am going to start misting my plants with a spray bottle, can I just use regular bottled spring water?

see alot of people do it i dont at all cause if the light is on it can burn them

Really? In what way, I know that plants respond by opening up stomata is this why?

Cool, Cuz I love my vodka soda limes, so I usually have soda around.

Its a perfect combo....water + air....absorbed through the stomata I would imagine...I don't know the exact science but I do know what I see working... It works brotha.... Try it out.. you wont be dissapointed... I go back there twice sometimes 3 times a day... each time... mist the clones, mist the babies and then mist the flowering room... very generously... I get the leaves shiny and wet....
