misterious tiny white bumbs on stems only

seen a few posts that looked similar but seemed there was never any findings...the bumps im talking about are not the tomato root type more like tiny spheres here n there no effect on plant no bugs in my room...stems only no leaves is this a salt ozzing out? maybe a calcium build up? start after alaskan fish fertilzer treatment.20170322_162800.jpg 20170322_162620.jpg 20170322_162800.jpg 20170322_162620.jpg

The bottom of my stock is rather bumpy as well wouldn't think much about it? Could just be excess whatever the plant has and needs to push out

if they flick off with eaze = aphid poop

see the gluey sac

treat as insect eggs

and search & destroy with a 'J'

every week

then spray cold pressed neem oil

every 7 days
