Miscellaneous Growing Tips: Orchids and others indoor/outdoor?
Being young and adventerous I have found a liking for growing things. I first started with the of course option for a teenager (if you have to guess, then try using your imagination) and it did fairly well, but I sort of lost it after moving it outdoors. Now I have a liking for growing other plants, my favorite now being orchids. I'm very interested In growing a series of orchids and looking to mix species and such and am basically wondering about any helpful tips for growing indoors. As for orchids in specific, I have had trouble finding good tips on what they need to grow and how to take care of them and on how to breed them. Anatomy of it would help I suppose. Also any tips on how to make a good outdoor garden considering I live in Georgia, the soil is crap. Previously I have just dug holes and filled it with Miracle Gro. What kind of soil/mixtures could I use that would give the best results and what kinds of things could I do to keep my interest? Thanks for any answers!!
