Will Miracle Gro fertilizer (the blue, powdery stuff) work as a suitable replacement for nutrient solutions?
It's a flood/drain hydroponic setup in aquarium rocks. I am growing Chinese cabbages ( I know, I know. Not weed, but you guys know your stuff and it's still life!) in two inch net pots, started in jiffy peat discs. They're still sprouting now, so I figure about a week or so before I switch to hydro.
Any tips, advice, or glib answers are appreciated. Thanks.
