Minimum required height of a tent for a 120 cm tall plant (3.937 ft)

I try and figure out how tall tent I need to use for cultivating a 120 cm tall female. I have two 600w led lights (mars hydro tsl), I am using a 33 cm tall oxypot dwc system, I read that the distance between lights and plants should be 46-60 cm. My carbon filter, exhaust, silencer and lights will hang from the ceiling and guesstimate of 45 cm is the space they will take up.

60 cm distance from lights and plant
45 cm guesstimate of space lights, exhaust etc will take.
Will i really need a tent of minimum 258 cm?

What confuses me is that I read this article from growace.com where they sell tents and it says the "Large Rectangular Base 96 x 48 x 78" will fit plants upwards of 4-5ft. The tent maxes out at 6.5ft (198cm) so I dont know whats right anymore. I want to belive the article because I dont have a particularly tall space available.

4 foot is kinda big for a tent, is it from seed or clone? Seed will get huge, a clone will probably hit 6-7 feet. Might be better to use a room or tall closet if you can, or a scrog net. Is the plant topped?
