Makes sense. I have a Mexican friend whose mother was originally an illegal immigrant, and I’m like “How can you support Trump? He thinks of you as—his words—an anchor baby.” That shit really makes zero sense to me. Maybe like, -100 sense.

Yeah it's more common than many will admit. I know that for many it is just a matter of appearing as an assimilated, anglicized member of their adopted country. Maybe they are religious too and think that progressivism is the devil.

I trip out on how people can be catholic when their ancestors were murdered and had their cultures removed from history in places like Chiapas.

Are people starting to put the pieces together? He was made to feel "other" and "less than" by his white community so he considered himself white to fit in. I guess it got to the point where he hated everyone. Raised white = culturally white.

No, what's funny to me is when people advocate laws which will be ineffective and create more of the problem they hope to solve.

First government schools are funded via the threat of gun violence for people who are non compliant confiscatory tax payers.

Passing laws to prevent people from owning guns, implies those laws will be enforced against some people who have never initiated gun violence, this will be another instance of government using guns in violent ways against innocent people.
