Mildest Herbs For Smoking

Hey guys,

I was just wanting to know what some of the mildest herbs for inhalation are? I was hoping to use it in a type of herbal infusion, and I wanted something that wasn't going to make my lungs feel disgusting and that doesn't leave a horrible after-taste in my mouth/burning in my throat after I have inhaled it. I do not smoke cigarettes either, or any other herbs more than a handful of times a year, so I am looking for something very mild, preferably almost tasteless.

There have been a lot of reviews about herbs, but they varied a large amount, and I do not know how much these people smoke; to a non smoker, the material they are calling mild could still be quite strong.

If someone could just inform me of the generally accepted mildest herbs I would be very grateful.

Cheers

Damiana is mild. It has a unique taste though. Some like the taste, others do not.

Mullein is the mildest in my oppinion.

I use mostly damiana in my blends.

I was thinking about saying that, but im kratom'd up, and couldn't remember if i was thinking of mullein or marshmallow leaf.

I don't know if it was just my batch, but the marshmallow leaf smelled like fish when burned.

EDIT: marshmallow leaf. Dont smoke marshmallows

I hate marshmallows over the fire, it gets all tacky and full of pieces of bark and shit.
I forgot I got 2 fresh ounces of kratom I haven't even opened yet.

fresh as in fresh leaf? I've only ever had powdered leaf. I usually put it in gel caps, but today i decided to eat the powder, pouring it into my mouth that had a bit of water in it. I almost puked and chocked at the same time. NEVER AGAIN!

Have you ever chewed fresh leaf?

sorry for the hijack

Hi no, it is powdered, I prefer the leaves which are just slightly ground, to like 1/8" bits, so much easier to wash down, just mix some in with like half a glass of water, it wont blend well but it will go down. Chug it back, add some more water to the glass to get the stuff that stayed behind, and then another chug of water to get rid of the teabag taste, and wait for your eyes to start feeling like mouse pussies in your head.

That sounds better than powder lining my throat.

Back on topic. Blue lotus petals are nice to smoke. I got some from a vendor as a free sample, but it has way more plant material than it does petals
