If i grew sum midgrade outside..would their be any way i can make it more potent then mid grade?

Yes. Grow it with love care and knowlage. Alot of people think that if you the parents arent potent then the offspring wont be. WRONG, WRONG, WRONG. Rember cannabis grew wild for thousands of years, the potency of todays pot is mainly determined by how you grow it. Rember seed banks are fairly new , up untill very recently you got your seeds from the nugs you smoked. Dont let anyone tell you that you cant grow good weed from bagseed their full of shit.

their like 10 inches tall and i jus put em out side.. the leaves tips are turning brownish/yellow..any ideas of how i can make it all green again

cut down on watering fertalizer and then check the deffeicency guides. Overwatering is the most common problem followed by overfertilizing. Check the deffeincys just in case so that if it is something more serious then you can catch it before its too late. I should warn you unless your near equator or southern hemisphere then your a bit too late in starting them.
