Look its not complicated....we all smoke weed...The event is open to EVERYONE to come. HOWEVER at the the entrance everyone will be asked for there card. If you show your card you get a wrist band and you are able to buy medicine/medables from tables that are donating and partake in everything that is going on at the event.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CARD....you still can come and enjoy the food, music, deminstrations or whatever is going on at the time.. HOWEVER, you will not be able to make donations for medicine at the tables and technically (Legally) cant medicate....BUT lets be real....this is a plant and I feel safe in saying that we all wish it was legal. So lets be real. If everyone is off in there own little groups passin a joint around NO ONE IS GOING to be a douch and narc or bitch or say a damn thin about passin a joint to someone without a wrist band. seriously. I now if all (including BudsMI) of and our wifes (without wristbands) were sitting around a table and someone passed a joint/bowl to the non card holder. no one is going to say a damn thing so its a weed event for fuck sacks. its just doesnt appen....The even will be as legal as we can make it but were not going to act like cops either.

Please stop the useless arguing....

Lastly.

On locations....I would recommend a place as centrally located in MI as possible AND if possible a place where they made law improvements. Like Grand Rapids or something.

Even tho GR has a new law, I wouldn't think of it as progressive. Plenty old gaurd there. Anyway that's not central, GR is on the west side of state mon. The event should have river rafting, hot air balloon rides and a shooting range for entertainment. Oh and medicated corn-dogs for snackers.

I want to just see a cup awarded to best indica n best sativa...get an up close look at the best product in the state n buy some clones or beans...I think if the prize money is decent you could draw in the best growers in the state.

So, budMI your interpretation is that you can't pass marihuana to a known non carded person but you can accept one passed to you from a non carded member? is that right, I went thru a few pages of this thread and skipped around alot.

I think he doesnt want to break the law on this site since he waited so long for it to be passed as legal. When he admits hes done it befor the law passed. Im not sure I get confused where hes going with this..... So you not gonna pass the blunt to your uncle cus he dont have his card when you go out side to smoke during thanksgiving????? Man, that sounds like a big fair or a carnival or something. I was on the first 2 pages thinking that many people could all go to a large campground or national forest and just wear RIU somewhere on your T-Shirt to recognize each other now it's a grow off with prizes and weed laced corn-dogs! I love that idea, but I think reality is more like the 8-12 people that will actually go could do the shirt thing and pretty quietly smoke out with everyone and not be hasseled at a good size campground. I'm watching to see how this shakes out, I have a non-carded wife who would probably go....and probably burn more than a campfire.

me too, we are a package deal and the dog as well. we always hit the UP for a weekend or more, depending on stress, in the summer/fall. that would be ideal for openness and a quiet gathering.

This sounds like so much fun. I wish there was one in Ontario. Not that I'm terribly far from MI.

I always blaze the fuck down with non card holders while camping.
When it comes to camping, even non smokers hit the joint!!

Speaking of which, I always burn with strangers at the bar too.
I've never carded anyone that wanted to hit my joint, or passing theirs.
