Mg in my tea

if I want to add some epsom salts to my tea for some mg do I put it in the mixture before I brew ? Or do I just add it in afterwards and stir ? Would it even matter ? Excuse me this just crossed my mind after a bong

Im sure it doesn't matter but I'd dissolve it in a bit of warm water and add afterwards.

Doesn't matter it's highly soluble, stir that shit like crazy and you'll be fine.

I normally do like half a teaspoon in 500mls aact to help up the mg like once a week after noticing the def
