now i'm not one to troll on the trolls or give out advise seeming ive been in the game not even a year but f**k me! was he just setting himself up for it ?

I've been growing less than a year , the difference is that I never proclaim to be a great grower or even a good grower. I'm not entirely sure that he is trolling, in which case he has some serious issues . I'm not contributing to this shit anymore its getting a bit old lol

dont blame ya! as for people listening to people to much i think its wise to take everything everyone says with a pinch of salt. i didnt and i took everyones words for the truth....didnt end well.

These idiots need to stop feeding the newbs full of useless "advice" often based on weeks if not months of growing experience and massive 1-2 oz grows. Fact based and differing opinions are one thing but this sort of uninformed insanity hurts those we are trying to mentor. I personally have been growing for over 25 years and have a degree in biology with a chemistry minor. ( 2008 ) This by no means qualifies me as an expert or even as proficient, but my advice on growing is eerily similar to others on this forum who also seem to produce not only quality, but quantity meds and can produce the photos to back up their claims.

PS Just a pet peeve of mine, but would it be too much trouble to use the spell check feature and be a little more careful about basic English? Thanks in advance, Larry

well, what I did is read on here, sticky's, journals and a few other sites for about three months before I even ordered a seed. Every issue I have had I've thoroughly researched as they have occurred. Everything that has interested me I simply read up on, for example, when I wanted to try mainlining I went through the entire mainlining thread. I'm enjoying what I'm doing, but I'm just a newbie.

If people would base opinions on basic botany and soil science a lot of this shit would go away.

So after 17 pages of utter bullshit we have concluded trail and error is actually trial and error leds are better but he uses hps for flower. grow journal are needed. Everyone on riu sucks and grows shit. The best thing is a book smoke chucks weed its dank and what else did I miss oh yea its better to suck it then blow it and I summed it up in 1 lil post and it took 17 pages of bulkshit to get this conclusion oh yea and lets get ctitical no one wants to be your friend lol happy belated thanksgiving to all the sucky worthless riu growers

ok now you might find this to funny.... but this is how you clone a leave... you make a hormone... and stick it in her....then stick the leave in the sand... and it grow root... 1000watt is better...than 600w..... but if you make an even leaf canopy...you can get the 600w really close...

ok i hope everyone got my point why to not listen to people online...i sounded like i knew what i was talking about part of the time but proceeded to give all bad advice...to reiterate the fact online hints are helpful but read up on it b4 you apply it...the internet is full of trolls and misguided people...to be honest im on my first grow and this site has helped alot...but made a point the best way i knew how...i limited my bad advice so nobody eff'd up their plants so dont take it personal...but we can all agree im right about not listening to someone just because they say so without checking for yourself because i lost a week based on the bad advice i was given
