Medium/Method For My DTW Arduino

Happy Easter.

Looking for assistance on my setup.

Currently;

Veg:

2'deep x 4' High x 4' wide

2 x quantum boards

18/6 light cycle, Promix with about 30% Perlite

Currently Hand watered

Flower:

3x3' DTW

CitiCobs - Ppfd Max without Co2

Arduino Controlled Daily Feed

After a year plus of my Arduino Running great I've decided to start looking at mediums.

I have it setup currently for 1 feed a day in my flower and hand feed the Veg.

I run 4 plants that get 6 weeks from seed and do have training.

All lights, pumps, and temp/humidity are controlled through my Arduino.

I'm open to SOG but no SCROG.

I just find promix messy and am curious what medium everyone reccommends.

Coco. Be daft to run a full hydro medium drain to waste But you could change up to a recirculating set up and increase your feed times and go with grow stones.
