Medical marijuana requirements

Hello, I am not a medical marijuana card holder yet but I do have a question. I was diagnosed with shin stress fractures two years ago and was "cleared" by a doctor 6 months later. My shins still hurt like hell if I run, jump, or even stand for a prolonged period of time. My question is, do I have a legitimate reason to go see a doctor for a card? I mean, ibuprofen and even vicodin doesn't help. If someone has a similar situation I would appreciate a little bit o a helping hand. Thank you!

you could have a hyper extended eyebrow and get a card. just have your paper work from the other doctor/s. where do you live in cali. maybe a fellow member of RIU can recommend one close to you.

u would not have any problems getting a card. just bring any paperwork and prescriptions u have. with those, u should be in and out in 20 minutes

wow youre way beyond the limit for getting one, as long as you have basicly ANY form of documentation of a medical condition that causes you pain or general distress youll be fine. though in all honesty some of the places round where I live are known for requiring nothing more than the forms they give you, just gotta ask around if you know anyone but honestly you sound set, bring in an xray if youve got it and any documentation of the injury/whatever and youll be in and out in less than a half hour.
