On November 4, Florida voters will be asked if residents of the Sunshine State should be allowed to use medical marijuana with a valid doctor’s recommendation and whether the state should register and regulate medical marijuana dispensaries. Twenty-three states have effective medical marijuana programs in place. Should a sufficient number of voters vote “YES” on Question 2, Florida will be come the 24th state and the first in the South!

So anyone in Florida rember to get your stoned ass in that voting booth and vote yes

Hasn't got a chance. A poll today showed it's coming up short I've seen a lot of Crist ads but nothing pro mmj and surely nothing from Morgan on mmj. Maybe they are planing a blitz at the end? I believe that anything w/o homegrow should be defeated.

I'll vote yes on the proposal even if they don't have home grow on it. I couldn't imagine voting no with all the pro-cannabis talking I do at work. As restricted as it will be, it will still be a break through considering Florida's entrenchment in the bible belt. Maybe when we vote for recreational legalization in the future, there'll be different verbiage.
