Medical Marijuana Jobs* California/Colorado/Oregon

Hey everyone!
Happy Easter and smoke day to you all!

So my question is about jobs working in the Industry. I have a lot of experience I the patients area,as well as cloning and horticulture knowledge as well as skill in the outdoor,hydrophonics and aero areas.I've been growing plants since I was 7,I always was fascinated by the colors and smells of plants when they grow,it amazed me how they are actually like people,and show there issues fairly easily.

So how would one go about being serious and looking into a job ?
I am looking into jobs more outside of California,only because I will have a chance to get ahead before or if Cali does the same
I am a perfectionist and if anyone knows of anything business wise or what a good steps would be please chime in,it's always good advice!

Theres not really work in ca. Theres just too many people just like you that want an in. But the thing is, there are 100s vendors with 20 to 40 years of growing experience selling to all the clubs out here. And there are girls that are cute the clubs hire as bud tenders. So youre pretty much sol as far as the industry here, and ive been a dispensary owner and operated large indoor grow operations legally. And unless you have between 50 and 100k to throw away until your harvests hopefully make up the initial costs a year later, if you can sell the buds you grow at a price that doesnt lose you money on the thousands youre spending a month on electricity.

Just my experience.

You're not gonna find work by posting on here man, people won't hire anybody in the marijuana industry unless they can trust them 100%. This means that usually jobs go to friends or people who have been recommended by friends.
