A little to far fetched? Nope they told me my parents have to be present to state my condition. My question is they told me that I have to pay for a new patient and pay for one of my parents to be my caregiver! Do I really have to pay for a caregiver? I can not go into a despencery with out my caregiver even with my own card? How would that work? Please help me

Yea, I'm pretty sure that your parents would have to get one with you to be your caregiver. If your under 18 I think its just a hassle. Just wait till your 18. ;)

Im 15 i got my cannabis card in august and yeah you both need a card to go in the clubs.. or you can get it delivered and a lot of delivery services dont require any info on your parent/caregiver, but some just for the first delivery. its not to bad having to go with your caregiver tho especially since there buying most of it haha

There are clinics let you grab many offers in getting MMJ card in California.
You should follow these steps:

- You will need to bring a valid California Identification Card - Valid California I.D. means a California Driver License or DMV issued I.D.

- If you do not have a valid CA ID at the time, you'll need to bring in proof that you live in California in the form DMV paperwork in addition to some photo identification (i.e. Passport, Green Card, out of state ID, and school ID, etc).

- It is also very helpful if you bring either medical records or documentation from your primary health care provider describing your diagnosis, although a few of medical marijuana doctors will evaluate you even if you don't.

Best of Luck.
