Medical Delivery Services?

There is a "Club" in Santa Cruz that offers, Daily, weekly, or monthly memberships. almost along the same lines(however i believe they are still getting payment upon delivery) but that stirs up the question. CAN WE MAKE THIS HAPPEN WHILE STAYING LEGAL? You see how a "Membership Fee" can spin this whole thing out of control, forcing the assumption that nothing wrong is being done. I am NOT telling you this IS legal. I don't even know if it is. I'm simply putting it out there for some kind of response(you can shoot me down on this one if you'd like guys, cause i really wanna know if it can be done). My mind only works when i am Medicated. and well it doesn't work sometimes for the same reason. haha

Well, you'll need to work out all the logistics so you can build a business plan to submit but I'm pretty sure they aren't even taking new submissions right now.

i think hes trying to manage a 'grey' area way through it. so its 'technically' not illegal cause they paying for a membership fee to be in his club an he gives out 'x' amount of meds each month to each patient free.

if you were to be arrested though, you would have to prove your 'members' got something for there fee other than just meds for free cause they prove pretty easy that your just selling.

no diffetent than co-ops. law doesnt say u can or cany but ask the state pilice their opinion which is pretty much the only one that matters anyway.

WOW why didn't i just do that in the first place. i know enough cops to just ask them. I'll let you know what i find out(wont be able to go talk to anyone till Friday). I don't necessarily want to run withing the "Grey" area of the law. i'd prefer to be completely legal with no concerns of cops and busts. I know one day it will all be ok to do. but working towards building something prior to that is going to take time effort and money. I know they are not accepting any new business plans at the moment, but it wouldn't hurt me to get it together now anyways. instead of piecing it together last minute and MISSING something important when they do accept a new plan. ANY LEGAL INPUT WOULD BE APPRECIATED, any input to help towards building this "business plan" would be appreciated. Please try to keep an open mind, KNOWING that there is no legality to this as of yet. We CAN make it happen. so please try to give some input to help us get this thing started. IF others in other states can get certification, so can we(by we i mean ANYONE of us growers in RI with the proper credentials.)

So these delivery services don't require you to make them your caregiver? So I could contact them and give them my info and if I have a MMC and cash they will deliver meds to you?

not sure. that's what I was trying to find out. give em a call yourself and try it if you'd like. but be aware that if they are not requiring you to make them a caregiver and are receiving money for meds(even if it's $200 or whatever it is "gas money") it's not legal for them to be operating. If you want to try Green Canna, their number is (401) 497-9742. and The Farmacy number is (401) 207-5493. I do not know how either place works. I do know Green Canna is definitely still in operation. but the Farmacy website appears to be all sorts of fuct.

There is a place on craigslist looking for a building for mmj dispensary... not sure if they were 4th in line like LBH said... kinda makes sence they would pick a backup application.

I'm just tired of waiting for application after application! I stopped getting my pain meds last month because I didn't think it would take this long. I lost all my old connections so its frustrating.. I have my card but still can't buy any meds.
