Medical card for insomia in orgeon?

What all do you need and how hard is it ? I legitly have insomia ive had it since i was a child and ofcourse i know weed helps hahah and could any of My "legal past" disqualify me from getting one?

When I was in Oregon and had insomnia, I didn't need a card to cure it, I just quit going to Portland.
