Hello all,

What is the maximum temp that cannabis can grow? I know that ideal is about 80 degree's, but what is the maximum temp that it can still grow? For instances if you only had a choice of growing in a spot that during the day times will some times reach 95- 100 degree's....... Is it still possible? (i searched first)

Thank you everyone.......

Its possible, i would stick to Sativa strains, they originated near the equator and are more heat resistant.

A humidity and temperature gauge are essential in any growroom. Daytime conditions should be 70-80 degrees without co2, 80-90 degrees with co2 until the last two weeks when daytime temps should be kept between 70-80 and co2 can be reduced to adjust for the lower metabolism. Night temperatures should be kept above 60 degrees to prevent stress. It is preferrable during flowering to have a night temperature drop of 10-20 degrees to stimulate flowering hormones and reduce stem elongation.

if is it a grow room you got a little stress source there:-? but if you are outdoors you just have to watch to get a strain that can take a bit more heat, sativa heavy strains usually like a bit more and don't heat up as much as the bushy indica strains:-|

If it's outdoors you can use shade/shade clothe to help. This alone will make a huge difference because it it cutting the direct light off and only allowing indirect light.

It's indoors, the only place that i can find to grow is a area that during the day will reach 90's to possibly 100's, during the night time i can get it down to 80 degree's tho. I know that this isn't the ideal climate to grow, im just asking if it is possible at all?

Thanks for the response's

marijuana is a weed and is a very resistant plant. I know it can grow in 100 F although it is not the ideal temperature for it. All it needs are the basics. Sun water nutrients and it will thrive!
