Maximum height in ten litre 12 litre pots

Hi yes the 2 Oz thing . If I put my question a different way it may be easier. I wanted to know if a ten litre pot is capable of growing a plant that can make 2 ounces of bud . Aside from grower talent . Food . Care etc etc is it possible because I thought an experienced grower would know roughly how much room the roots needs to pot size or the maximum estimate height of a plant from pot size or if a 3 ft plant is capable of budding 2 Oz.. but anyhow , I went and bought 9 five gallon pots a minuet ago and another 2 bags of coco hydro 60 /40 and I'm going to repot them all into them and switch back to 18/12 veg for a week then flip to 12 /12 , they have been on 12 / 12 for 2 days now I hope it don't fuk em up? And 2 Oz is what I want per plant minimum. If not I don't think it's worth my while or money .
No need to go back to more than 12 if there already 18 in tall from base of pot if your only looking to get 2 oz... Just repot. Check soil moisture and let um bud up for ya

I think switching back to 18/6 may stress the plants to much and that could really effect your yield. But I've never tried it. I've revegged a plant and cloned the new growth without trouble but I think I'd keep running 12/12 once you do it.

I have repotted them all now I pulled a bit of the bottom roots lose as they looked about 80 percent rootbound there was only a few lose roots that looked like they was trying to get out of the holes in the old pots . I want them to fill the new pots which seem the same depth but definitely wider . Old pots are 10 litre new are 20 though . I have switched to 18 /6 again to try and fill the new pot . I was only on 12/12 for the last 2 days will this stress them as you say ? If so I can just 12 12 them before the timer puts them back to veg . Will the stretch period in flower make them fill new pots anyway ? Thank u guys for ur help been excellent you pole.
