Maximizing grow space

Guys - I have a grow area 4ft x 5ft x 7ft ... with a 600 HPS

Currently I work on a recycling system - with 2 plants growing ... 3 weeks veg (from clones), 8-10 week flower

QUESTIONS
What is the most effective method to maximize yield in my space?
Am I better off having 12 small plants vs 2 large ones?
Is recycling the best system for this space?

I have seen these systems ... most people rave about them

our grow rooms are about identicle in size. but i have 2 600w hps lights. the best crop i ever turned out was from 15 med sized plants. got about 2oz per plant. have tried all different ways. tried 2 huge plants, 9 large, all different ways but the 15 med was the best. also i will say in my opinion you dont have enough light for the space. your at about 4600 lumen per square foot. you want at least 7500. im at about 9200. when i crossed over the 6000 mark it made a HUGE difference in quality and quantity. just something to think about.

The best system to use for maximum yield is aeroponics, whatever system you choose you will yield more with 3-4 plants per sq ft.
