massive san pedro cactus at my mums need advice.

hey, i was wondering how much a 12ft tall san pedro with about 4-5 heads would be worth and how much hallucinatory substances i would get fom it

she's about 12-13ft tall. thanks guys far out i didnt even know it was a trippy cactus untill my mate told me it might be. yeah tennis racket is pro for topping it i would reccomend it look how many heads its got now
