Market Section?

I'm curious what I'd have to do to access the market section at the very top of the rollitup.org page. For most people who use this site, I expect, it's blocked off. I did a search to find more info, but couldn't find anything.

So, what does one have to do in order to prove worthiness to access the market? Post count? Reputation? Say you're not a cop? lol

I dont even see a market section.
