stays relevant.
True, but the law states that if the leaf contains traces of THC it's illegal. Any part of a plant from the genus Cannabis is illegal IIRC. Apart from hemp.

Xeno is right though, it's not light he'd scrape the paint off to smoke some paint-flavoured leaves with no THC in them... Fuck the law
Could you provide an exact copy of what the law states, or at least tell us what law you're referring to?

I'm talking about UK law. Copy and pasted from the misuse of drugs act:

[FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]"cannabis" (except in the expression "cannabis resin") means any plant of the genus Cannabis or any part of any such plant (by whatever name designated) except that it does not include cannabis resin or any of the following products after separation from the rest of the plant, namely:
(a) mature stalk of any such plant.
(b) fibre produced from mature stalk of any such plant, and
(c) seed of any such plant;

So any part of a cannabis plant aside from the stalk, fibre or seeds is illegal in the UK.

While the cops were retards for pulling over and harrassing the dude on the "potbike", what goes without saying, is that cops are always looking for some stupid shit to annoy people with. IMO, the rider is an idiot for attracting attention to himself like that, especially on a motorcycle. Riders are already viewed somewhat as outlaws, and doing that just goads the dumbshit cops right into it. Guarantee it won't be the last time that guy gets hassled by them, even if it is ridiculous.

I hope he fought it.. absolutely insane.

What we should do in the west is fight to allow victims of unfair prosecution recover their court costs from the state. That would make an awful lot of them think twice. Then again, how do you become a cop? All C's in high school is my favourite answer :P
