Marijuana IS a gateway drug...

A gateway for police officers to rip you apart at even a scent of it and find other drugs that make us mj users look bad, and then when they DONT find what they are looking for...well...then hey they still got you for the marijuana and will make money off you with the fines tickets etc. Its a gateway for THEM. A reason for them NOT to legalize it. So many lies being told every day on mj, the commercials now days just make me laugh. Why dont we have a war on METH? You cant walk down the road or shop at a store without seeing a methhead. Such a waste all the money towards stopping us "bad marijuana users" while they let the coke/meth/crack heads do their thing. Why not criminalize everything that we do then huh? Cigs alcohol fattening foods etc. Look how fat americans are "not me thankfully" Just make it all fucking illegal why not. Everything else the government does is backwards and retarded so why not? As far as what i read about not being able to tax mj if legalized because everyone will grow is utter BS I dont see a bunch of people growing tobacco or brewing just because they can, personally i would love to not HAVE TO grow. Sure some people will grow but that wont change the profits the government could make.:evil:

I dont have any other drugs mj is my only "drug" so i dont know who it is im giving a bad name? Im just saying people that get pulled over or busted etc. mj was the thing that tipped them off leading to a bigger bust because its easy to smell so they try to associate mj users with all the heavy drug users as mj being a gateway drug to more harmful ones, i believe its a gateway to them taking away your privacy and ruining happy peaceful peoples lives and careers

Man I've been trying to make points about this forever, I'm even writing a book about it, but I'm certainly not the best writer, just something I enjoy while stoned. Its like beating a dead horse really...we all know its lies... and we all hate it, and the propaganda just refuses to be stamped out. Hopefully things will change within the next 15 years or so, but for now, this is the condensed, easy to swallow, bullshit were going to have to deal with.

To me it seems just the opposite - it is not a gateway drug:

If you will use the harder drugs then of course you would use a less powerfull drug like weed as well - weed does not lead to harder drugs, it is just another drug to go along with their stronger drugs..

The gateway is the dealer, the more exotic the product the more money she/he makes. Of course they want to get you hooked on some blow, throw in some naked women and you have yourself one hell of a party.

CANNABIS is a gateway in two ways-
The first being a gateway to breaking the law. Because cannabis is illegal, it's lumped into the same sort of category as any other "narcotic". Since cannabis is seen as the easiest to procure, the mellowest, and the most socially acceptable drug; it's usually the first one tried. The only reason that marijuana leads to (and that's a stretch) harder drugs is because the stigma of lawbreaking has already been broken, so it becomes that much easier.
The other way it is a gateway is that it enters a person into a world where what they've been TOLD their whole lives is entirely flipped upside down. It becomes a gateway for free thinking. A gateway to the idea that maybe we should make our own choices instead of letting the powers that be legislate them for us.
The first one is easy enough to fix.
The second ain't broken.:peace:
