Marijuana has been decriminalized in mass!

Im so happy! just $100 fine and confiscation for people with an oz or less! I mean, that would still suck, but im so glad i wont need to worry about getting arrested anymore! You think i could get arrested thought if they see me driving and smoking? and does this law decriminalize growing? please let me know!

it doesn't decriminalize growing just petty possession...as far as i can gather

Medical marijuana use

It passed overwhelmingly in all 4 state houses.

If I understand everything correctly, I think this means that Massachusetts state reps will or will not vote for that bill (once it is made) and if they don't, it goes to popular ballot and I'm assuming it will win and medical marijuana will be legalized in Massachusetts.

I live in Mass., been smoking over 30 years and its about time!!!

Hallelujah. But remember all the laws still apply until you get that ounce in your hands. This does nothing for sellers, growers, transporters, etc. BUT...it's a start.
