Marijuana for Nausea.

I've been doing better without any prescription meds. I use weed to treat my nausea and as a sedative to replace the lorazepam and phenegren.

I also avoid things that I know trigger episodes and use meditation to keep me in a calm state because stress and even excitement can cause an attack.

When I was on meds I was having 10-12 attacks a year that would last 2-5 days. Since getting off the meds and managing this myself I've cut it down to around 3 attacks a year that only last a couple days.

I was pretty much born with this, the first attack I had was when I was six. It's related to migraine headaches and epilepsy.
i sued to have migraines for a bit in my teens which produced vomiting episodes for about a year then went away.

unfortuntely, once mine starts..can't stop..i'm almost always sick for the whole day..i'll eat, start to get cramps which induces reflux..usually i have to sit with a bag for an hour..not even weed stops it..then i'm down about 3 pounds:mrgreen: all shakey, snotty, teary sucking on weed..i carry around immodium to stop the cramping to stop the reflux..depending on how bad it is take 1/2 to 1 pill..my doctor at mt. sinai told me one of his patients with similar does this..and it does work if you can catch it in time.

Thanks! I'm gonna have a bath.

I'm good when I can smoke joints. Just can't do that all day anymore. hahha

Fuckin BUSINESS. hahaha
You need to find a job where you can medicate all day. Plenty of us here on RIU have such jobs and a few of us like me know where you could apply for one.

Once I'm finished the training, I will be able to. But now, I'm never alone. THERE IS SO MUCH TRAINING.

hahaha

It's a great job. I'm really happy.
